본 약관은 GIT_IN(이하 「팀」)이 제공하는 tiletake(이하 「서비스」)의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

서비스에 접속하거나 플레이를 시작하면 본 약관 및 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

동의하지 않으면 서비스 이용을 중단해 주세요.

서비스는 별도 설치 없이 웹 브라우저에서 이용하는 실시간 멀티플레이어 전략 게임입니다.

팀은 운영·기술적 필요에 따라 맵, 규칙, UI, 서버 구성 등을 변경·중단할 수 있습니다.

서비스는 「있는 그대로」 제공되며, 특정 시점의 가용성·오류 없음을 보장하지 않습니다.

• —만 14세 미만은 법정대리인(보호자)의 동의 후에만 이용할 수 있습니다.
• —불법·부정한 목적, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 목적으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
• —회원가입은 없으며, 닉네임은 영문·숫자 조합으로 선택적으로 입력할 수 있습니다.

• —치팅, 버그 악용, 서버·클라이언트 조작, 자동화 도구로의 부정 이용 금지
• —타 이용자에 대한 괴롭힘, 혐오·불법 표현, 스팸·광고 행위 금지
• —서비스 또는 제3자의 지식재산권·개인정보 침해 금지
• —위반 시 접속 제한, 전적 무효, 법적 조치 등을 할 수 있습니다.

게임 UI, 그래픽, 코드, 브랜드(tiletake, GIT_IN 등)에 대한 권리는 팀 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.

이용자가 생성한 닉네임·게임 내 행위 결과(전적, 공유 링크 등)에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있으나, 서비스 운영·홍보·개선을 위해 비독점적으로 이용·표시할 수 있습니다.

서비스는 Google AdSense 등 제3자 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.

광고 클릭·제휴 링크 이용은 광고주·제3자 약관이 적용될 수 있습니다.

EU 등 일부 지역에서는 쿠키·광고 동의 배너(CMP)가 표시됩니다.

• —「결과 공유하기」로 생성된 링크·다운로드는 약 24시간 후 만료됩니다.
• —공유 콘텐츠가 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 불법인 경우 삭제·차단할 수 있습니다.

팀은 천재지변, 통신 장애, 제3자 서비스(Vercel, Railway, Google 등) 장애로 인한 손해에 대해 고의·중과실이 없는 한 책임지지 않습니다.

무료로 제공되는 서비스에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 간접·특별·결과적 손해에 대한 책임을 제한합니다.

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따릅니다.

분쟁 발생 시 우선 이메일로 협의하며, 협의가 어려운 경우 민사소송법상 관할 법원에 따릅니다.

팀은 필요 시 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 서비스 내 공지 또는 본 페이지 시행일 갱신으로 안내합니다.

변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경 약관에 동의한 것으로 볼 수 있습니다.

These Terms apply to tiletake (the “Service”) provided by GIT_IN (“we”, “team”).

By accessing or playing the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

tiletake is a real-time multiplayer strategy game played in a web browser without installation.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, maps, rules, or infrastructure at any time for operational or technical reasons.

The Service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• —Users under 14 must have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• —You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe others’ rights.
• —No account registration is required; nicknames are optional and limited to letters and numbers.

• —No cheating, exploiting bugs, manipulating clients/servers, or automated abuse
• —No harassment, hate speech, illegal content, spam, or unauthorized advertising
• —No infringement of intellectual property or privacy
• —Violations may result in restrictions, invalidated results, or legal action.

Rights in the game UI, graphics, code, and brands (tiletake, GIT_IN, etc.) belong to the team or rightful owners.

You retain rights in your nickname and in-game outcomes, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use them for operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

The Service may display third-party ads (e.g. Google AdSense).

Clicks and partner links may be subject to advertiser/third-party terms.

Consent banners (CMP) may appear in the EEA and similar regions.

• —Share links and downloads expire after about 24 hours.
• —We may remove content that infringes rights or violates law.

We are not liable for outages caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party providers (Vercel, Railway, Google, etc.) except where required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we limit liability for indirect or consequential damages for a free Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Disputes should first be raised by email; if unresolved, courts with jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure rules apply.

We may revise these Terms and will note material changes on this page or in the Service.

Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance.
